ive shopped for ages and ages, havnt seen one yet WTF, i dont see how u cant get one. shopping with a lvl 53 char btw _________________ accounts: heros_of_fame and heros_of_fame2 |

as silly as it sounds ive shoped for at least 3 hours, lets just say an average of 7 scpeters come up ( which is about right ) and i do one run every 20-30 seconds that means ive looked at at least ~2520 scpeters, havent seen one yet im looking in hell act3 with a lvl 53 char, most scpters i see require lvl 18-37 and i see amp and fanat occasionally _________________ accounts: heros_of_fame and heros_of_fame2 |

according to the affic calc an ilvl 58 war scepter with amp has a 3:1004 chance to spawn, about 1:334 according to some of this http://lld101.com/viewtopic.php?search_id=1320396808&t=41063 fanata staff mod would be something like "the game selects tier 6 to pick from (10% chance if ilvl > 36)" and the mod is 1 of 5 out of the tier 6 skills so its 10% of 1/5 * 3/1004 = 3 out of 50k now just divide by (*some number*) to account for the odds of a 2nd or 3rd skill... which i dont really know, so ill just arbitrarily say up in the 1:7k range so u need to shop more. _________________ Magic missile doesn't kill people, wizards who cast magic missile kill people.  |
