I've never LLD'ed on non-ladder before.
I play a Necro and saw a crazy belt (viper cord) and someone using a Visc.+2 nec skills.
Is that belt duped and if so what other illegal/duped crap should I know exists.

Vcord is duped, the visc is an 08 visc, which is a prepatch item. If you search west dupes on this forum, I'm sure you'll find most of them.

Yeah, ladder's economy only depends on dupes.
