I'm getting sick of lvl 35-36 necros coming into lld games and saying they own and my lvl 25 does 0 dmg and being cocky bastards. I wanna make a lvl 30-39 character just to beat them. I was thinking maybe a lvl 35 trapsin.

Gear:
Pcrown/2trapcriclet
2trap ammy
suicide branch/rhyme
2 sojs
magefist
waterwalks

Now should i go fire or light
I think light would get more range and fire would have more dmg.
what do u guys think?

I don't know a lot about trapsins, but I know that w/o MB your gonna fail horribly because your dmg isn't gonna be a whole lot. Someone around here has a 29 trapsin that uses MB, and they own many high lvl characters.

if its for no-rules pubbie dueling, go to 36 and get a lower resist charge wand on switch Laughing

Charger could be worth trying as well, ethereal upped steel driver or bonesnap maybe

if u have probs with a necro id try a slow missle zon. what ever your attacking skill is its up to you but use slow missle.

lvl 35 kicker can beat a lvl 35 necro if it doesnt decrip. lvl 35 traspper can beat lvl 35 nec if nec doesnt know how to use his necro very well. Lvl 35 fire sorc can beat lvl 35 nec if the sorc is really good vs nec. lvl 27+ charger can take out lvl 35 necs if they utilize the charge bug and the necro doesnt know how to get out of it, but its hard. I would go with trapper kicker or fire sorc but you have to be skilled on the fire sorc

One point in fire golem and the fire sorc is in deep trouble if she's fighting a good necro. Sad

I'd probably go with trapper if you want to fight average necros who don't know how to beat assns.

And I haven't tried a fire trapper, but it seems like it would be more effective since the WoF shoots out at a more consistent rate with a greater area of effect than lightning sentry, so if you can just get namelock (this is the hard part) onto the necro, mb once, and he'd be pretty much finished.

Well i have a 35 necro and a good fire sorc is really hard to beat. but you have to be really good with it.

Kickers can be a problem but i dunno, there is usually a way to beat them pretty easy if u pay attention.

trappers dont usually present a problem. Ive never dueled a good fire trapper so cant help u on that one.

u could always make a necro urself.. then it would just come down to skill and u can join the fun in owning those high lvl game crashers Razz

ok, trapsin, you will need.

pcrown/2traps 10ias circlet
2traps/10 ias ammy
magi
sanders gloves
2x sojs
rhyme
Silkweaves
Glooms
suicide with sheal in it.

that gives you

75% fcr...
65fcr is the 11th fcr frame bp and is also the frame needed to get the mb stunlock.

60 ias + with a lvl 2 BOS you would hit the fastest frame for a sin wielding non claw weapons, the 8th ias frame.

now. u will need ias because traps set with ias and if u wanna own a necro, u need that quick traps + stun lock. i like to do a 3x mb's then trap, then repeat. but that's with wake of inferno.

imo i would definately go with light sentry, less mana and more dmg than death. and it's harder to be immuned, or shielded from it at such low lvls.

with your lvl and not so bad gear should have 800+ life and about 500+mana this build, if you know how to do it. should be the most effective thing uve ever seen, my first lld was a trapper, lvl 36, back in beggining of 09. and had a few lvl 99 ears...

and i don't think df is necessary but it's nice to keep up with the runners.

You can get more than 800 life easily cause I use my friend's lvl 35 trapper and it has 875ish life and high 400's mana with bad charms. I think for lvl 36 trapper you should aim for 950ish life and 450ish+ mana works fine especially if you use mana pot which where's the reason not to when you're not following rules anymore anyways by MB locking and being lvl 35/36
