I liked Daredevil...

I've seen all of the movies so I plan to keep on. But I look forward to Spiderman 3 more.

Venom/Eddie Brock is based on the Eddie Brock Jr. in "Ultimate Spider Man" who is basically a exact clone of peter parker even in the 3rd movie they sometimes call him Jr.

So in other words its not going to be the venom you love in the original spider man series its more of a peter parker clone who eventually manifests a hate towards parker himself instead of a hate for spider man.

I could give more but I just figured if you want to know more check out some spiderman 3 sites or wikipedia which is what I did Sad

I know that, but I still think that makes for a relatively weak villain.

I'd rather have Venom be someone who is much stronger than Spiderman, and isn't the exact same thing. Venom doesn't have the Spider sense, however he can block Spiderman's spider sense.

He'd have to be based on the "Ultimate Spider Man" line of comics, because Brock was a body builder and huge compared to Spiderman... and those are some shoes that Topher can't fit into.

I'll post my opinion if you like it or not lol. and i honestly didnt know people cared about this kind of stuff. i figured these types of movies came and went and after they have been watched, people stopped thinking about them.

Guess i was wrong. LOLOL, the REAL issue at hand is whether or not wolverine will turn to the other side and attack autralian wildlife.

daredevil sucked sooo badly... i really hated that movie. the reason i liked Fantastic Four was even though it was somewhat bland dialogue wise, I think it was made more for the younger kids, whereas with X-Men and Spiderman it was more for the late teen/early adult crowd.

i will agree with the Doc Oct actor though...he was really made for that role hehe.

if spiderman turns into the batman fiasco (i swear to christ almighty if they give the spider suit nipples i will go find the director and cut his off) then we will just have to wait for a 'spiderman begins' type to redeem the series Smile

also on the venom thing...i really cant see how they would pick that skinny lil kid to play him...that makes ZERO sense... Venom is supposed to be one big mean buff S.O.B. Topher Grace = antithesis of that. iso= arnold for venom, lol... you get the point at least Wink

btw, carnage is the coolest villain for the spiderman series imho. i still own my snes version of Maximum Carnage...ill have to go dig it out and play it now, heh.

I think the same thing. Hopefully they learned from their mistake and make it for the older crowd.

I never really liked Carnage... I dunno why.

I still think that Vin Diesel would make a great venom, but the rumors are that they did offer him the part and he declined it...
