you never really think about how hard it is to get these items until you want one of them. heh.
for instance: i traded off gtoes, cflange, rcage and swbhold for a high rune (ohm) to someone that was making a kicksin iirc. he just couldn't find 'em.its absolute HELL trying to trade for these items, as no-one keeps them.

Some of these trademutants have more 290's than all of Asia Realm, but theres nary a Deaths Guard or Crushflange amongst the whole lot of 'em.

Lenymo: if you want lenymo, make an auradin to run through act one in d2 classic. thats your best odds to find it, speaking from my own experience in hc classic.
