I was just wondering, if you keep makin people use search function, don't you think eventually there will run out of stuff to post about? "That has been mentioned" "Check the search"
Doesn't this all come to an end eventually when all that has been talked about lld has been said?

After a long enough time period, yes. However, these boards have been up and running for close to two years now and like Godz said, we see new topics everyday. I doubt the flow of questions will run dry anytime soon.

I think it would be easier to simply tell them to search for something instead of posting 5 links to sticky topics saying the rules and blah blah. Then maybe post a link to a guide because if you think about it 1 link is easier then 2+

yes. good point. also if you give some deep insight into a past subject in a new thread, you probably wont get in trouble. i too have tried using the search function and found it completely futile... but then again, i usually only look up obscure topics that probably never HAVE been posted
