Once I found this my heart skipped a beat. I thought +skills came after level 15. Is there a exception for the amazon? I found hell shenk just a few min ago so its legit.. Someone fill me in please lol.

ya but zons arent viable till lvl 18 so you never see them unmaxered with 15's (guided arrow)

also you get +skill
sig shield
3parts of angelics
cathans staff
theres scepters...
sorc orbs
barb helms
druid pelts
etc....

Im talking about +skill class. Your speaking of +specific skills like +3 zeal or +1 bash. Sigs shield is a duh and im talking about non-set items. I have never seen a +1 any skill class under level 15 much less a +2. I do think however that it is common because im one to never land a lucky drop. However I want to see what others think.

Ive seen many 18 bows 2 to bow skills with sockets that are better than that bow. But I Know what your talking about from the 1 plus too skill tree skills theres not many other things that do that if theres any at all.

You can get up to +3 bow skills on a bow at any level [with the restriction of the level you can actually use the item ofcourse].

Same for javlin skills.

Automods that give +skilltree have no level requirements. Affixes that give +skilltree have level requirements.
