Well I just wanted to see what kind of damage I cna do without all the +9 max and stuff jewels. I do like 100-161 damage with eth throw glaives. I don't think there are enough spaces for +9 jewels to make me do any decent damage. With +9's I could so about 50 more damage so I would be doing around 200-250 damage once all geared up. Theres no way I am going to be able to kill anyone with that. Guess I might be making an assassin or something proven first. Crying or Very sad

throw mastry adds critical strike. take into account that.

helm could be +16max or +27 max, depending on 2 or 3 sockets, but you definately want one with +3 throw mastry.

shield could be anywhere from 9max pelta, to a 16max boneshield.

36max/-60 requirements ancient plate

thats another 63-72 max, +critical strike.

also, you need to be imbueing those eth throwing spears to get good mods. like +10ias, replenish, ed, max, ar, cold dmg. dont just use normal eth spears.

a thrower REALLY depends on having some godly rare throwing weapon. unless you have that, you;re bound to fail.

Ya I found some decent rare, eth replenish spears on meph the other day so I am using those. They are pretty decent but I am a lil wasted rigt now so i not gonna try to do anyting cause i'll mess up my barb and i don't wanna do that. I gotta find a ton more +9 max jewels though cause right now i only got one in my helm (2 soc + 3 throw mast). Ah homecoming weekend is great, took me 10 minutes to write this stupid mesage

What would be a guess as to about how much damage I would need to actually compete with some of the other classes? I know assassins can put out 1.5k+ damage but i plan on having pretty good ias so I can get off a few javs before they get anywhere close. My old throw barb was lvl 80+ but he was able to take down all the guys with hacked gear because lots of ias and 15k per throwing axe.

Ah GODZ good point there, I kinda forgot how throw barbs dueled for a bit there. My old one was ww/dthrow hybrid so I have not dueled with hit n' run tactics for a while. Might have to go practice on some quill rats or something. Gheed that 15l per axe was not hacked. I had dual cruel throwing axes of evisceration or whatever with perfect 200 or 300 ed (can't remember what is was) and some other bonus thing. Then lots of +skill and 160/60 max plate with 120/45 max helm. That guy was all legit accept the jewels were pry not very legitamate Sad

That guy was fun but when 1.10 came around that account as wel as about 25 mules of mine ogt trashed because I botted...stupid me. Well I gotta do some homework then I will be doing more mf runs and stuff.

Marley, sorry i missed up post last time, what are you asking for the 2x9 maxs?
