I was wondering what the maximum cold mastery piercing percentage in pvp is. Some sources say 150, others say there is no cap. Does anyone have absolute knowledge on this subject?

cold masteries -% effect is not capped...... but resisatance has an effective lower cap at -100%

elements can never do more than double dmg

150 is the cap for conviction, they probably got conviction and cold mastery confused

lol, i goto bed at 430am consistantly because i work til 2am every day. so...im not used to getting up this early. i usually get up at 1130am.
