whats the post psn dmg you guys have seen on a level 18 charm?
i've seen 43. but im wonder if u can get higher. also this charm would be very rare.

so, what would psn dmg charms would be easy to get for level 18? i know u can get 10psn sc's but thats real low.

i believe i saw a 61psnsc < lvl 18 req over the weekend.

Ive seen 62 dmg sc's on a lvl 18 ama before.

She had about 4 of them, all same dmg and skin so dunno if theyre duped or not. Seems strange to want to dupe those tho..

if the person using them duped them its prolly not strange seeing how thier prolly gonna use them but i dont see why anone else would dupe em

Well, we all know the Arreat Sumit isn't the epitome of accuracy but here's what they say:

SMALL CHARM
Prefix: Septic +15 psn over 3 seconds (req lvl 13)
Suffix: Venom +15 psn over 4 seconds (req lvl 15)

LARGE CHARMS
Prefix: Septic +10 psn over 3 seconds (req lvl 6)
Suffix: Pestilence +25 psn over 5 seconds (req lvl 17)

GRAND CHARMS
Prefix: Foul +15 psn over 4 seconds (req lvl 9)
Suffix: Anthrax +50 psn over 6 seconds (req lvl 15)

I guess the remaining question is how do they add together considering they have different "durations"?

Would it be for the lowest duration? (with the longest duration mod being figured as a portion of the total)
example: Foul Grand Charm of Anthrax = 15/4 seconds + 50/6 seconds = 15/4 seconds + 32/4 seconds = 48 psn damage over 4 seconds.

But none of that really agrees with what other people have seen (from the posts above this one) so everything I just typed may be useless bits-n-bytes.

Ihave a 62 psn sc and a 43 psn sc both lvl 15 or lower so Arreat is smokin crack as usual. d2data is more reliable.

From what i understand, dual psn mods add duration. I have a lvl 24 Septic SC of Pestilence. Septic is 15/3 and Pestilence is 25/5, so they are both 5dmg per second. Adding the durations gives u 8 seconds, and that would be 2x5 dmg per second. This would yield 80 dmg, and the charm shows 81 over 8. The extra 1 dmg is because poison dmg is calculated using byte dmg rather than whole number dmg.

So the answer to your question would be Septic SC's of Venom. 15/3 + 15/4, or around 5 + 3.75 = 8.75/s over 7 sec. This comes out to ~61 dmg, so the replies are correct.
