Some kind of rare items that gives special mods or some unique ones??

awwww! so the system will make our chars to non-ladder, or just make our accts to non-ladder...

and, after your chars turned into non-ladder... can u still make non-ladder chars+ ladder chars in the same acct???

will /f list be available between NL and L???

nothing changces cept ladder onlys dont drop and u cant make lad only runewords anymore

I found the biggest change was the dupes, they make a HUGE difference for high levels. Also the characters on non-ladder have better charms, because of dupes and because they have had more time to get them. It is not uncommon to find characters with all skill charms with 40+ life or all 32020s. I predict the value of 32020s will skyrocket as ladder characters rush to get them.
