I was shopping for :
Artisans tower of D.
Artisans Light plate of the squid(? or w/e gives 70ish life)
Anyway I was doing it in A4, Jamella had towers shields of D and artisans towers, halbu had Squid armours and artisans one, this means that it likely to find them both(both mods on both items) from them?

yes just be patient. Someone once told me it took them over a year to gamble a rare bone shield he was looking for... so hang in there.

another idea is to trade for it. some of these guys been playin since forever and got some of that stuff in stash. You'll have to pay hi price for it...but worth it if u don't wanna spend hours looking.

They Both Should Appear on the same item the artisan and the squid prefix on armor and artisan and deflecting on shield But If your not getting the right results look at the affix calculator and try shopping at a different level

anyone else buy one of these? What char and how long did it take?Oh and where, I use a4 since you can use the wp tp reset the npcs.

ah ha! I just shopped an artisans gothic of d. has less str than tower, so why dont ppl use them? Also Im gonna try for an artisans mage of the squid instead of light plate.

Blocking %. Gothic can be quite low sometimes. Tower Shield usually has higher block %. If you can find nice block % on a gothic...awesome!

Wut lvl char did u use to shop?

Someone told me they were shopping for jewelers stuff in hell with a lvl 95 char, and he found a 3soc life mage, so Im using a lvl 88 pally at hell anya now.

If you're looking for exceptional or elite items, you're best off shopping with a high level char. Even though you have a wider selection of possible mods that can spawn on the items with a high level, the odds of finding exceptional/elite items with a low level char are slim.

ok, Im considering using the gothic, the blockin is only a little lower, if I get 5 pts in dex extra, that would be the same as the tower right?

gothic of deflecting has 56% block, tower of deflecting has 64% block.

gothic of deflecting needs 96dex for max block
tower of deflecting needs 86dex for max block

both done on a level 30 druid.

i just started searching for items for this guy today. so far iv found 3 +80 life gothic plates, none with artisans. and only seen 1 30/20 block tower shield, again, no artisans.

i did however shop myself up an artisans great helm of the sun, and a jewelers great helm of the whale.

all i have so far, is the sanders/uppd bfists/angelics/and charms. still need the weapon, the shield, the armor, the helm and the jewels. Confused
