Since when are 10%DS helms lvl 21 req?

u can make a craft at lvl 14 so theres no reason the blood helm wouldnt be possible.

but with 20% crit from the mastery adding a 10% deadly contributes an 8% effective boost.

i get the feeling +45max would create a bigger effect.., but until we have some actual numbers to work (rather then ideals and suggestions) we cant really know it practically

the barb helm with phattiefat +skills i think is going to be better.

1x maxers with defense should not be too expensive/rare, u might wanna try getting thouse too for better defense. also, 1 cheap option for armor would be blessed ancient armor of simplicity(56-65%ed & -30%req) these are shoppable from normal larzuk. if i remember right i had nice luck in buying these with 4x lvl char. with luck u can get 2 socket in armor.

65% anc armor would have ~386 defense.

also, if u want to have ALL the possible +defense things u could alsy try getting +dex mod in your jewels, as dex increases your defense too(not much but hey, who would say no for extra defense?)

hopefully this helps, when u get some results post em here, this char seems really interesting :3

My friend made a lvl 18 zealmancer. Was funny for kicks, but it struggled with ar. Im not sure how seriously he was building it tho.

Ironmaiden, Bonewall = dead zealers pretty quick. But its kinda silly bm lol. My lvl 18 nec wand came with ironmaiden staff mod as a bonus for when those pesky lvl 18 zealers suddenly decided to be BM.

I still want to make my zealchantress, but I have been side tracked. I still have her weapon tho lol 60ias zeal warscepter :p

Bumping this thread.

So far, I've got everything except for the helm, weapon, armor and some jewels. I've only found a 19% ED/6 energy, a 18% ED, a 17% ED, and a 16% ED jewel. No 20% ED jewels yet :/.

I have some imbue quests waiting on a level 41, but I can't seem to find any eth ancient armors from monsters or other players. I'm also having trouble searching for the scepter and the helm. The best helm I've found was a 30 defense (lowest base defense), +1 Iron Skin avenger or assault helm. For the scepter, I've heard that Anya sells them, but I only see her selling claws. Anyone know where to shop them?

This is what I have so far:

Helm: 30 defense, +1 Iron Skin avenger or assault helm (I might have sold this)
Armor: none
Weapon: none
Shield: 3os 12% sup tower shield (going to end up socketing this with ED jewels)
Boots: 40 defense Cow King's
Belt: Sigon's
Gloves: Sigon's
Jewerly: Angelic's
Charms: none I think

edit: I have downloaded hero editor, but haven't figured out how to use it because it wont save my characters.

I have a 3 zeal Scepter Req lvl 12. if i can find it ill trade. if u need one XD

the zeal on that scepter is pala only, it needs to have zeal charges.

I've found a couple +3 iron skin +skills helms these days(before meeting you ingame)
I'll keep an eye on avenger guards from now on... or are you staying with that conc helm?
If you are going for rare armor, shouldn't str be around 76? = 56 life
and btw if you're missing temp gear i have like.. 3x more 14 maxers

ps: are you using around 10~15 scs only?

2.2k defense seems also pretty cool. His live though seems low :o
also, as zeal dosnt really give any dmg, i suppose your dmg is pretty cool.
ar also seems fine. should be able to hit 18lvl chars with that easily :p

whats his current item/skills setup?

I'm pretty sure that Eth Ancients have a 90 strength requirements (without -15%), and this is a temp armor until I find one with rep.

I'm using x5 5~6 Max Damage/xx AR GC', x2 15 and x2 14 lifers right now. I'm wondering if I should fill up the rest of my inventory with lifers instead of max dmg gc's though....

I'm using a non-rep eth ancient armor as a temp (has like 530 def and it's lasting me awhile), Max Dmg jeweled Sig shield, ED/AR lv 6 Zeal charges War Scepter, and a Max Dmg jeweled +3 Iron Skin/+1 Concentrate Fanged helm. Rest of his gears are the same as the ones I've listed in the first post; same with his skills.
