first and formost this was mainly inspired by solartje's post so thanks ^^
and my build is for a lvl30 charger

His gear will be (ideal/what i got):

magic circlet 28% lite res, +11 replinish life, 2 open sockets, planning on solx2 (what i got)

Sol'd Rock Fleece (this may vary, any other suggestions?)

'Honor' Divine scepter with +3 prayer (ideal, If I can score this with +charge also then swweeet)

Death Sash (what I got, need cbf)

Angelic ammy and Rings (what I got)

Artisans Tower of Deflecting 3 open sockets (what I got, either Solx3 or Solx2 and Dol)

Insight partizan with +5-6 crit on switch (ideal, having no lucky scoring this)

Spirit sword/shield for holyshield prebuff

Open to any suggestions for glove/boots +replinish and dr is ideal but I have none

With that I should have:
40 DR
+28 replinish life
with the SOL,SOL,DOL shield
And lvl24 Prayer (+33 replenish)

my skills go something like
20 prayer
1 Cleansing
1 meditation
4 prereq for holyshield
1 Holy shield
Rest into charge

The plan is to Use Meditation as My main aura when I go honor/shield and duel as any normal charger and use Cleansing as My main aura on switch with the partizan. And use good max charms to make up for dmg

I am looking foward to making this my only concern is that I will have low life and need some good max/lifers to make this work and since I am a new ladder player I am very low on good charms

any input both +/- is appreciated

i dont really think prayer is worth it, maybe check out the other charger posts. lld101 doesnt support lvl 30 chargers, so if youre going to lvl 30 why not use ETH upped bonesnap for 450+ dmg?

ya.. because of not using dm aura, u wont hurt that much from charge, u run the chance of getting charge locked, and while your trying to get away and charge again, ne good melee will hit ya.

i cant really help u as exept jerky's open char, no one really made one in closed and duelled with it. i think going for a smiter would be better option.

for these reasons:
its very hard to get dmg reduced or prayer skill or life replenish on boots and weapons, wich are exactly the place where a smiter gets all his dmg /cb/ow from.

u could chose goblin toes as boots, a runeword or any other weapon with cb/ow. and the best smite dmg pala shield, socketed with sol's. u wont lose much dmg reduced or life relenish compared to your idea, but your killing power would be better i think. u wont need 30 charges to kill someone (no charge bug).

skill placement:
max prayer
max hs (use 3+hs prebuf weapon)
1 into smite
rest into defiance if there are still skillpoints left..

mmm but then u wont use insight :s so guess its just a total different version. also u dont need max dmg sc's with are alot cheaper in ladder
