Making my level 15 replenish smiter and got a few questions |

Ok first off here is my idea of what i will use...
Helm: 3xskull 15ed mask
Weapon:Crushflange w/ ed/dtm jewel
Armor:Eth repair field plate(213 def) with 17 fhr w/ ed/dtm jewel
Shield: swordback w/ ed/dtm jewel
Gloves:Deaths
Belt: Deaths
Boots: Cow Kings
Ring1:angelics
Ring2:angelics
Amulet:ammy with + stats
Skills:
1 smite
15 prayer
1 cleansing
Where should the rest of my skills go?
i will gladly take suggestions and helpful criticism for my build.
Question 1
I believe crushing blow lowers enemy hp by level difference but what about open wounds? I am pretty sure there must be a OW calculator somewhere. But for level 15 which would be better OW or CB?
Question 2
while were on the topic of open wounds and crushing blow. Do they override each other? Such as if i hit of OW on someone is there a possibility it will get nullified if i hit and get CB?
Question 3
Is there a cap to the amount of replenish that a level 15 can have? because i do not want to go overboard.
I really need a lot of help building this guy. If someone could be kind enough to help me that would be great.

Use angelic ammy for +75 life and other mods.
Your better off using a 4os gothic/ancient with 4x flawless rubies if you have the str, other then that you could use angelic armor for the +1 skills and other mods I think it even has rep too.
You certainly want cb, ow is good but it is not all that powerful.
On switch you want a zeal or sac weapon with maybe a point in might, smite is powerful with cb but after your enemy has really low health the cb stops working so you want a switch that does enough damage to kill them even if they have enough rep that it nulls the smite dmg.
The only cap of rep at level 15 is what you can get with the gear available at that level.
stat/dtm jewel are a better option for pure smite but if you do what I said and use a zeal weapon and can still have the use of some of the jewels you use ed/dtm is better as it affects your zeal too.
Swordback hold is a good shield, your other options would be a fhr/30/20/2os spiked shield or a 4os pally shield filled with 4x flawless skulls for smite vs smite duels, you can also use jewels in the shield too.

An 8rep manald heal would be a decent second ring choice.

only need 1 angelics ring, other can be rare or manald
you want both OW and CB bc smite dmg is crap at these levels.
the dmg from OW is based on attacker level only. (check stickies for tech info)
CB can activate when OW is working. so get both
replenish has no cap
note; prayer is very strong replenish
but gear replenish is 10 = .98 life/sec
my lld smiter was a def version so that it could handle zealots. i went mostly defiance and prayer boosting with left over points, used a +clensing switch weapon when the opponent was avoinding me to get some life.
your going the opposite so you might wanna think about ditching the def, and just go socket skulls in your stuff.
hope u didnt spend too much on the ed/ jewels xause they will only add a few points of dmg.
you could Ith rune your swordback, its good DTM and more mana is always awsome

Ith or eld would be my choice for the shield, or a 6 dex 12% dtm jewel.

You can also get 20 life 10 rep boots at lvl 14. I planned out a level 15 rep smiter once and it can reach around 100 rep. I forget the exact numbers. If you cant get a good rare ammy angelics mixd with 1 monald works quite nice. Also a 4 os gothic would be the best armor.

lvl 15 regen smiter, i got one.
use 4 soc heraldic with 4 flawless skulls instead or swordback, 4 soc armour with 4 flawless skulls, helm with 3 flawless skulls.
the rest is good n your off 2 go!
