is there a cap at how much something can be slowed? I was considering making a horribly bm character. Necro that uses decrepify, clay golem, generals, and clegs gloves.

50% is the slow cap, but things like holy freeze and decrep can stack on top of that

lol just thinking of how much of an annoyance that would be haha, 50% slow with decrep, and hit by a clay golem and a a2 nm defensive holy freeze merc, what a trip that would be, be like 1000% lag cept not Very Happy

clay golem would just be normal slow, wouldnt add. but decrep and cold or holy freeze would. and ive done that to a werebear, and prisoned it. took like 4 seconds to swing once

My bm smiter HORRIBLY slows things. He has maxed holy freeze + uses generals flail and its funny to watch them try to run... they look like slo mo movies! Zons can't even shoot ONE arrow before I've smited them like 5-6 times or more. Funny to watch em SLOWLY pull back bow string as you chip away at their life and laugh.

So, ya holy freeze + slow stuff = SWEET!

Generals needs to hit the opponent to work with slow tho... if you are making a necro use that bow I forget name that has good slow on it since I can't see your necro hitting someone with a flail. It's that lvl 31 bow I think it has 30% slow or something....

If you have a bunch of those uniq threshers you could make iron golem out of them and have ctc decrep for free Wink
