1sin (or ma) / 20-30 ias blade talons (would be great if already 2os but if not, not)
2ma/10 ias gloves (or just 2ma)

also ISO:
13-15 life scs with def (lvl 18 or less)
eth/repair high def armor (lvl 18 or less)
3os gothic shield
3x 5/5 poison facets
2-3 sojs (please useable only no poofy)

note: only lld items for the facets

edit: arrrrg i've been shopping for those gloves for a while and the first ones i see are lvl 31....dammit!

not sure if you need prebuff gear for sin
-psychic amulet lvl 30 req: +2 shadow [napoleon: please ignore brackets for self reference]
-rare wrist spike lvl 30 and 66 dext and strength req:+2 ma, 10% ias, 29% ed, +9 max, 31ar, 4-7 fire dmg [wonttell]
-rare hatchet hands lvl 30 and 27 dext and strength req: +2 shadow, ethereal, rest is crap mods
-lol also got a spare goblin toe if you need =P
