I always wanted to make a vlld necro...using skeltons, and relying on
iron Maiden casting to elimanate my enemy when he hits my minons.
The question is: will this be as effective as when the doom knights in chaos cast iron madien on you? Or are there pvp pentlies on this..
I would like to see a result, such as that when they hit your skeltons, they die :p

Gear ideas

Anglic 4 peices
Reason: 10 dex, life adding, 1+skill
(Armor, 2xrings, ammy) ruby on armor
10%fcr, 3Iron Madien wand, 2os, dual gems adding mana)
Gambled with 10%fhr, 10%fwr, dex boots
Blood fists Razz

30% fhr,40 life mods makes this godly
Helm, 3os mask with rubys or skulls..i would perfer rubys
Belt, you can't craft a fhr belt at lvl 12...so i suppose artic belt for the 40%ice reiss would help (not quite sure on belt)
1x 12fhr 20 mana gc(to make 48 fhr), mana/life lcs
15/10's Razz

Shield, I suppose a vsob 2os (12 dtm), duel dimonds

Stat placement:
Strengh: What is there to say? Lower the better
Dex Again obvious: max block
Mana: None....this isn't a sorc you won't be able to cast more summons during the fight just need to keep casting iron clad...
Life: ALL you can.... Stay alive is kinda important.

Skill placement: Grush 23
lvl 12 so u get 23 skill points
12 skelton summing
9 skelton mastery
1 to amp damage
1 to Iron Madien

Possible?

OF course this can not beat a vlld sorc

i dont think anything at that lvl will hit fast enough for your iron maiden to take full effect
take a high lvl summon nec vs a barb for example
the nec could iron maiden the barb and as the barb ww's through and hits skeles 5-10 times per ww.. the effect will awesome. i cant see a lvl 9 sac din hitting skeles that quickly, and at that lvl.. not hard to walk right past skeles and namelock onto your nec. i suppose it would be fun to make and to test and id like you to let me know how it turns out if you decide to try Smile

Seems like they are strong enough at level 9.

Ofcourse you can decide yourself what lvl you call vlld, but it's not considered vlld by the majority, nor is it vlld considered by the competition rules here.

I would just make it lvl9, sure it gets weaker, but if you want it to be vlld then you will have to.

Also wouldn't there be better choices for a second ring at lvl12?
