decent for a smiter where mana isnt important. nice hp/dex, resists too. reasonably good for a hdin or foher too, if the hdin doesnt need fcr.

FCR really isn't that important. you can always use that cheap little registry edit that allows you to hit the last fcr breakpoint no matter how much FCR you have.

Why wouldn't he win? I have beaten plenty of those cheaters. Ofcourse i've been beaten aswell, but my Smiter isn't even close to perfect yet, 9 combat grands with a P anni and P Torch would make me way stronger. Wink

Anyway i like the ammy, nice stats, yeah if it had FCR then it would have been quite a bit better, but without it's still a very nice ammy for several builds.

prolly wouldnt do bad on a charger if your attk rating is high enough as well Smile
