This is all junk, and something tells me that you know this as many of these items can be found straight from the shops, i mean a splint mail, 1 socketed bone helm etc?

ED damage doesn't work like that, it goes over the weapons damage, not the extra mods on it, otherwise that weapon would currently have 21-32 damage.
