It doesnt
i even tested just that. only DR% will lower CB.. not DR
ps: Amp will NOT increase CB.

For anyone who has a higher lvl dueler (I think 35 works) to clean up mean pubbie go-ers, there is the suffix Of Life Everlasting which can spawn on armors, circlet, and shields, I believe. This can throw on up to 25 dr and then you can add the Sols.
Note: There are other dr suffixes, but I haven't checked their effectiveness and I don't know the lvl reqs.

its lvl 37 on the amulet. (probably 37 on the cirlect as well)..it was mentioned in the HUGE kicker post.
BUT... its magical only 
i had one,, perfect to -25.. i think i just accidently deleted it about 2 days ago.

wow...those are really nice for wind druids to be immune to all attacks. it's a shame you accidentally deleted it
