I have a 3os helm with
+2shout
+3BO
+wc
Should I get 3 p rubies in it?

unless it has +3 warcry, i wouldnt even use it on a warcry barb. you NEED as many +skills as you can get, as at level 30, youll only have 1 base point, and the rest will be synergies.

your best bet? find a magical barb helm you like, and figure out what clvl you need to be at to roll it to get these mods

+2 warcries
+life

then just roll it til you get an automod of +warcry.

to give you an idea of what is possible, i used a

+2 warcries (prefix)
+3 battlecry (automod)
+61life (suffix)
+76 mana (psaphires)

barb helm on my warcry barb.

if you're set in your ways of using that helm, id socket it with 3 psaphires. warcry barbs eat HUGE amounts of mana.

Regardless, I know that WC has pretty low damage, it seems like you would want as many skill points as possible. If you want to keep that i would 3x pruby it for the bo.

"Radiance" runeword, i remember it was for a 3 socket helm, is that any good? You might want to use that
