I was planning to remake my cold sorc for a while, and I finally got the remade one up to level 70. I created a game with a mule guy, so no quests were done on the mule. I then entered the game with my old sorceress, who had stuff on her. I wanted to personalize my fathom with that sorc because it's her fathom. So I created dfdafasf as a game to personalize it. I personalized it, then I dropped my stuff and left.

he either made a game with a random name he could remember afterwards (iv done that before) or he didnt wait long enough for it to perm (iv done that too).

ill do you one over krajee. i remade my barb, and forgot to strip his merc. lost a gaze, eth superior archon stone, and a bonehew. granted it wasnt that expensive of stuff, but it was still annoying none the less.

yep I've lost a perf levi, viper fork, giant skull and others by deleteing chars without checkin mercs .. Sucks so bad.

I've done alot of stupid things. Trades, usually. Towards the end of 1.09 I traded a perfect 30% Maras for a Shako and a shaftstop. I also recently traded a SOJ and a Shako for a Metalgrid, which was apparently not a good idea. I just suck at trading. Confused

from what i hear (and the rules i go by), if you make and leave a game, you have up until one minute from the time the game was made to get back in there.
to perm a game, just stay in it for 5+ minutes. i'm not sure how long it will stay open with nobody in it but it's enough to switch between chars.

ive lost stuff on mercs as well, but never anything as valuable as that set of stuff

ive heard that as long as u get back into the game within 10 seconds, the game should still be there whether or not it was permed

Ive tested the whole before 1 minute, and before 10second things neither worked for me...but i perfer to xfer alot alone, so i do the 5min trick alot i make game go to bathroom get a drink and so forth then come back, and it's open for up to 10 mins with no one in it, and basically forever as long as you keep leaving/rejoining.

Sorry to hear that bro, but here is a funny one.

I had made a HC hld dueler a while back in 0.9 it was a pretty good barb, he evern had a g/f i found myself. Well anyways i was in a game with my friend, we duel sometimes..mostly messing around naked..well he hostiled me, told me to come out when i did he asked what color is the sky and ground? i was like WTF? and before i knew it while i was typing WTF, he started blasting me with WF on his zon...i died he took my stuff and i never seen him again... =/ some guys just suck. Therefore i no longer play HC.

But yeh man...thats crazy..nice anni too! im sorry =( Sad

Yeah I just fell for the oldest trick ever...trading for nigma and he switched it with a Stealth and got the only good runes I had on ladder...I can't believe I fell for that... Crying or Very sad

fortunately my acount consisted of a lvl 32 using a bunch of blue items I had scraped up Very Happy

Well its been several days and im almost over it. I have two ist runes on ladder so I can get myself another fathom. I just want another +1skill small charm though.

I know I started with nothing, but I put many hours of time in. I've made about 20 orb sorcs in the past, classic/xpac/hc/sc, and this was going to be the best. I just don't know where to go from here.

I guess I'm in the same boat as Voices, with his vlld sin stuff, but right now, the boat has no engines or sails.
