400 max jab and around 600 life. That is what my old 09 jabber had. My new jabber has 779life and 60-509 damage.

with severe dimishing returns u can get away with less in dodge and critical and more in jab,, provided your mana issue can be worked out.
the lack of ed% really makes +dmg suck... without good ed% u might as well make a 60%ed mask.

really? thatd be better than a 45max mask? im assuming only for the higher level 18 jabber though, as a level 9's damage would be too low for the 60% dmg mask to make more difference than a 27+max mask.

it would depend on your ed%.. the amount of stats u have really.
more ed% the better +dmg..
as u add more +dmg ... the more ed% will benefit
as i cruched some numbers..
a 60%mask slvl 5 critical / 3jab was comming out around 5 avg dmg shy of the 45 max 1jab/7critical
so it would seem theres not much one can do actually other then getting +20 jewels,, hoping blizz fixes the ed%+dmg bug.... and hell rushing for more skills points.

remember back then 20% +15 jewels worked.
u could also try to add some +dmg from charms.
since u cant get ed% in charm form.. so perhaps +30 in charms and the 60% mask would be enough to make a noticable difference. but its a bit of work just for a small amount of added power

hmm i think i will remake and put 2 less in each of them skills and put them in jab....and ill try the 60% ed mask...thx

That's it? I had several 7max gcs and 6max/lifers. They help somewhat. The one thing I had that stands out from your equipment were a 43ed/36max helm, 18ed/15max twitch, and 60max/20ias javs. That was three things, but whatever.

voices. on a zon i think the ed works with the skll somehow becuase a 27 max mask=60ed not sure on 18, but i think it does becuase dely was getting more dmg with a 60+ something than his 45.

well, iv been thinking about making a level 9 jabberzon lately, since i bought a 13max/7dtm jewel, and found some ok rare javs (nothing great, but you have to start some where). im looking into getting myself a nice rare boneshield with 2 sockets 30/20, fhr and dtm, and another jewel, so i can atleast have a decent peice of equiptment to go off of.

yah but get this... if you use the ed thingy, only use it on one item becuase then the ed starts to lower your dmg if u haev all ed armor and helm, just one piece will keep you justified...
and to the original poster... your dmg should be about 200-300, the guy who said his was 450 was a 09er with ed and max im guessing, doesn't work these days.
