ladder rune words

i'm sure most of you already know that the new rune words are up on blizzards web site, but i have a question.
Would non ladder be able to make these rune words when the season ends or will they always remain ladder only?

It will probably be just like the ladder-only uniques...they will transfer over to NL, but NL will never be able to make them.

ive started a lad acc just to make these Smile and to cube some high runes if i get enough b4 the reset Shocked

Unless you're rushing chars for forges constantly, don't expect to cube past Um or Mal. Trade items for those runes, cube from there if you really want high runes. Otherwise make all the Insights and Spirits you can.
