Best lvl to gamble a +ele club |

I was told 45+ was the best lvl, but I tried a lvl 45 and all the clubs I got were too high, I tried a lvl 32 and it seemed close. The Ilvl on them is 20.

try norm/nm cows and norm shenk/eldritch. I have seen dozens of +1 and +2 ele clubs and spiked clubs pop from those areas.

only 2 mods will ruin it, (stun or zeal charges)
alvl 40 is needed to unlock +2ele
on a club alvl = ilvl, so u need ilvl 40
since the /roll can be as low as -5 on a gamble u use a character of
45 to ensure every club u buy can have the potential for +2
since it also means the ilvl can go upto +4 = 49 that unlocks alvl 49
which is about 14 (rare) mods u dont want

statistically it might be in your favor to be under level,, say clvl 43 or 42.... each time u go under level you open up another 1:9 chance to loose out on +2ele, while saving yourself a small chance to break lvl 30 on 6 possible mods... one would have to check the odds for +2ele vs odds f extra mods on or off the list that are >rlvl 30
i dont even known, i am unable to understand how to solve that problem. i have mentioned it before, and someone said it doesnt hold up, but im sure it depends on the item bc each item can have a few mods others cannot
as for your club having ilvl 20 i dont know what your trying to say. and if u gambled with a 32 you could never get +2 ele bc even with +4 its not high enough to unlock alvl 40 |
I'm trying to get a +1 ele club lvl 15.

Now that he explained how to get a +2 you can look at what he did/links he provided and work yourself to find out what's the optimal lvl to you.

+2ele club can have 20mana, 2 sockets +20life, +9 strength.. maybe thats better for some different setup,, you didnt ask for a build idea etc, maybe your trying a new build, i didnt bother to think on that.

I used a level 25 character to gamble my blue +1 ele skills club. Also got a +1 warcries club and a +1 shapeshifting club in the process.
