Well i have my east nl acc but i kinda also want a west ladder acc dont ask me why but i was wondering what has bin the most common lvl u west people have bin seeing .... 9 ,18 or 30 ??

If you're talking about pubs, then no. Alot of people have 9s though, and actively duel with them.
