Apparently smite isn't melee (which I'm glad of) but I don't have a melee char then, since Disgraced is a smiter... so I have to withdraw.

Matt, I think, according to lld101 rules (which are in affect) a lvl 28 smiter is legal in melee..If I'm wrong I'm sure Rectty will correct me..

Level Restrictions
All characters may go to level 30.
Skill Restrictions
Open
- Charge may not be used as an attack by any Paladin who also uses Blessed Hammer as an attack.
- The following skills may not be used at any time: Slow Missile, Bone Prison, Decrepify, or Teleport.
Melee
All of the Open rules apply, plus the following:
- No ranged attacks/weapons may be used.

actually im using lld 101 rules which if u looked in the link that i provided on the 1 post i made for this tourney shows lld rules vlld rules
and then which any rules i made superceed any lld 101 rules....
and yes lvl 28 smite is legal.. in melee if u guys want to do that duel again be me my guest ^^ kick some ass.. its all about hard duels not easy here.. thanks grim & skulls for bringing this to my attention.
