running...that is the answer. using your own weight for working out is the best way. martial arts tend to help too. so if you can find 2X+2 martial claws. a nice circ with some frw you should be ok.

Yeah, the site Wank linked has some pretty good information. Most of it is all in the diet, a lot of people will recommend a high fat/high protein/low carb diet with lots of aerobics and/or high intensity interval training while still lifting weights.
Some of those guides are crazy insane, you'd be surprised what peoples diets actually are when they are trying to cut.
"HELLO DAY 18 OF CUTTING PHASE
BREAKFAST: CAN OF EGG WHITES
10 AM: 1 CUP OF TUNA
12PM: 1 SKINLESS FAT-TRIMMED CHICKEN BREAST (BAKED)
2PM: 6.3 OUNCES COTTAGE CHEESE
4PM: 1.7 TABLESPOONS OF PEANUT BUTTER"
6PM: INJECTING PROTEIN DIRECTLY INTO VEINS"
