How much does medium armor and sheild slow you?

Im trying to get 150 run walk and i dont know how much medium sheild and armor slow you down so i can make that up in charms. Thanks.

*nvm i think i figure out it is -.20 so i need to make up with 4 charms 80 life Sad do u guys think it would be better to use kitesheild and make up the block? or use gothic and make up the run walk? Thanks

I've never thought about this xP. If you're worrying about not having that much faster run/walk, just use "light armor" and a "light shield". You can find what a "light armor" and a "light shield" if you go to http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/ . Mr. Green

2 mediums = -.04 not 02 and that is yards i think not frw amount. so if 150frw = 9.00 yards per second then with medium armor + med sheild = 8.6 yards per second.
