hi all,

u might like this. its chance for andi to drop a rare item in function of players and q drop or not.

Andi 1p noQ ring:5.00% amu:2.53% jewel:1.27% LC:1.27%
Andi 8p noQ ring:6.93% amu:3.51% jewel:1.77% LC:1.77%
Andi 1p Qdrop ring:8.07% amu:4.10% jewel:2.07% LC:2.07%
Andi 8p Qdrop ring:14.6% amu:7.54% jewel:3.83% LC:3.83%

andi can drop till 6 items, in 8p games. and his ilvl is 12 (perfect to get important stats). meaning if u do andi runs with qdrop in8p games, the chance of getting a rare ring is like 87.6%

FAQ. what is andi : andariel = boss of act1
FAQ. what is qdrop: quest drop, drops that u get when u kill a boss for the first time wont drop gold, potions, keys etc
FAQ. how can i kill a boss for first time, without losing Qdrop. : join a game made by a char that already has the last Q from act1, so the quest screen displays ' cant finish quest, make a new game', and go kill the boss. like that when u kill him for the 1st time, u get a qdrop, without losing the quest, and eacht time u kill the boss in a game where u cant complete quest u will get a Qdrop.
FAQ. isnt the qdrop at andi bugged? not sure ^^ ask jerkazoid. Very Happy

Shocked naaah no one can beat the mighty jerkazoid Smile

ps i havent tested it myself :p but 87% when 6 items dropped sounds really much.... maybe it i already counted the 6 items in the calculation.. but even then its still nice to know . this is just the theory but could be. ill get my *** kicked anyway if im wrong, but im new here, so they wont shoot me from the first day Twisted Evil

ownage, u the same Doa ownage from etf right? in case im right, could we meet for those lvl9 items? got 5 new chars waiting for charms and gear ^^

ps im tryng to read every post in here, to see if theres anything i didnt know, but daaaaaaaaaaaamn, thats alot of post to read, especially that kickpost with 9 pages Shocked will take ages to read all on this forum.

Its not complicated Ownage Wink Well I guess being an accountant and working with numbers all day helps Laughing

Interesting research, I'll do some testing of this later and see how far off the results are.

andariel is a guy? wow. those are some huge man boobs.

oh, and im pretty sure that if it says "cannot complete quest" you wont get a "quest drop", since the game was made by someone who already did the quest. thus no "quest drop".

u let me know if the theory is far from the reality...

Running a level 44 sorcy still in normal in games between 5-8 players I managed to get a run going of either a rare ammy/ring/jewel every 2 runs. Odd thing was I never once found a magic ammy or ring, always a rare one Wink
Best out of 20 runs was 1-7damage/20ar jewel and a 80ar/2str/3replenish/9mana level 9 ring Laughing Laughing Laughing
