i got this nice helm and wonder wat else gear i should use. i mean i got a pretty good idea of wat to use but i was wondering if anyone has made 1 b4

damn, thats a lot of fhr! i dont know if i would bother getting that much, but fhr is never a bad thing. the only thing i would suggest is maybe using stealth instead of vmagi for the extra frw since you're lacking. also stealth has fhr so you could use more hp or frw charms instead of fhr.

Is that 38 life from a Perfect Ruby? I think you're over doing the hit recovery. You'll be hitting about 300 damage and in extreme style. Ditch the idea of getting more FHR and get more life. Use a shield and Magefist against melee. You're going to win by having more life than them, the damage is negligable with a couple of Sol runes. It's definitely a stylish build but you're going to have to work your ass off to kill.

if you wanted to get more wcs out, wouldnt you want 200 fcr, not fhr? which you cant achieve anyway so dont worry about it

Don't point more than 1 point into battle orders, you need to up your wc dmg.

And I wouldn't bother with with 200 fhr

Use sanders boots, 40% r/w and 15 stats

get mana/rw gcs

and viper is too important to switch for stealth, you need + skills

heres a ss of mine. his helm only gives +4 to wc and i used bloodfists instead of frosties. also I don't really have any mana charms, I think I have 3? totaling like 60 mana :/

200fcr is possible but worthless cuz it would drain pretty fast. i meant for the 200fhr so that when u get hit u can cast a wc almost directly after it.

when i said it wasnt possible, i meant with 2x spirits. cause 2x spectral shards will get you there, but your barb will be terrible Razz

i had NEARLY the same gear as exige's wc barb. (i say had cuz i just deleted him)

skills- 1 pt all prereq's to battle command (i put 2 in bo, doh!)
1pt stamina
1pt speed
1pt iron skin

1pt wc
all rest in synergies. my guy was hell rushed.
he had 353 max wc dmg. doh! would be more with 1pt in bo.

Gear i used-

+2 Warcries/+3Wc 54life(withpruby) 13mana/cold res Wing helm
+2 Warcries/10fcr/10-10-10-43res ammy
2x 35fcr broad sword spirits
35 vmagi (pruby)
24fhr/2str/36life/3mana/res belt (lvl 18 though, lol.)
10fcr/4str/fres/lres/dmg reduce ring

frosties
sanders
eth insight poleaxe switch

tons of frw/mod scs, 15lifers, a 12fhr/15res gc <-- that made me happy

his fhr was fast enuff that zealers couldnt put me in lock, so 200+ is unreasonable. mine used alot less lifers than exiges most likely. i had like 5-6. i had 1900 life/800mana. 24mana per cast on wc, runs out fast. and i wouldnt recomend the rhyme/magefist switch for melee, its useless with base dex. i tried it, all it does is make u lose life/ton of mana and i had 18% block. zzzzz (grim rhyme) does generally good in pubs though. u can tg hld's with it too, lol. they stun and generally dont have neuff fhr to recover.

btw u can hit the 200fcr mark but u gotta use those spectral shrards or sumthing that ad 50fcr/10allres/and sum mana/energy that right there is 100fcr+30 from vmagic 130 +20 from 2x rings 150+20 from gloves 170+20 from helm/circ 190+10 from ammy although your losing LOTS of dmg and mana its still 200 fcr XD i would use that build personally just thought i would share that its possible to hit 200fcr ^o^

that's by far the coolest wc helm i've seen. what relm are you on?

the worst thing, imo, about wc is that it's freaking blockable. i mean making it 3,000 mana per cast, with 3 synergies, damage reduceable, and low damage wasnt enough for blizz they had to have it blockable. makes me think that in a real early version it was way too powerful so they had to uber-nerf it.

Yeah it super sucks that it can be blocked, and along with the amazon's dodge, don't plan on killing many of em even if they are half ways decent.

but pubs are still easy

200fhr is overkill, 86 point is fine. You will lose too much life using all those fhr/mana gc's. I had a lvl 30 wc barb a while back, and let me tell you that 86fhr is more than enough.

here is what i used:

-2x 35fcr spirits
-2wc/mass mana/res/fcr ammy
-15/15 SoE (by far the best choice here)
-Sanders for the RW
-frosties
-dual soj
-40x 15's, some with mana mods
-2wc's/3warcry/low life helm (i have a godly one sitting on ladder, a 2wc's/3warcry/10fhr/19life/+1natural res (saves you 2 skill points)
