Does AR on weapons affect the kick AR?
Does claw mastery help at all with Dtalon?
Whats better on charms for a kicker, AR, life, or str?

for charms, i would pump strength stats and use life charms

Weapon ar should work with kicks. The last time it was tested here was in early 1.11. There's a very recent (2-3 weeks ago) thread at the amazonbasin documenting this. Although I have also tested, both my tests and the amazonbasin's tests were done on open/single.

It shouldn't be too hard to rig up a realm test though.

just tested it. weapon ar doesnt affect kick ar.

It worked for me when I was testing against monsters. I tried with 10% calculated cth% and 95% calculated cth%. I had a source of cold damage to tell me when I was hitting.

the ETH runes effect is allowed to xfer,,, i always wondered why weapon ar would not.

initial writeups stated weapon weapon ar as ON but LCS was simply lying...

for SOME reason.. and i cant recall why.. we somehow "learned" that indeed the LCS was telling the truth.,,

now but since thats posted, which now means claw mastery does help.

In case you didn't look hard enough, the actual conclusive results are posted on the second page. It looks a little messy because I originally wrote it for BB, then copied it over to the AB, then it was merged with the original query topic.

+AR on weapons does work, +claw mastery wont help AFAIK though I havent tested it - Jerkazoid seemed to infer from my testing (or at least krajee's link) that it somehow did.
