erm javelins like..
+1ama 3javaskills
+1 java +3javaskills
+2java +3javaskills
the +3java skills are staff mods.. erm.. do these have a fixed lvl req or are the last ones truly lvl 30 ?

+2 java mod and +2 java staffmod is perf for lvl 30. on rares/magics if you have a +3 staffmod it makes the lvl req 45 apparently. but you can have +5 or +6 java skill javelins at lvl 45

Those are not staffmods, those are automods.

The +3 automod cannot spawn on rares.
