Gul runes (2 x = HR)
Necro Summoning GCs (2 x plain = HR)
Lastly, I will take HRs if the other cannot be offered.

9 max is the secondary max mod for a level 27 jewel. 9 Max for a secondary mod, I belive, is lowest? The best secondary max mod is 15. That jewel is worth basically nothing just because of the very low secondary. Sorry.

yeah i know.... 6 pskulls per try....i consider them in the pgem category tho I don't trade them away when ppl ask for pgems i think i only have enuff for 1-2 rolls so wish me luck

9 max would be the highest "secondary/first" mod...That very well may not be the secondary. Could be double moded with 2 lower numbers. Either way, his jewel isn't worth anything with only 1 moded max.
NOTE: Explain a 24 max jewel if 9 and 9 are the only mods? Yes, 9 is the only mod you can gain if you have other mods already, for example; res all, -%, dtm. etc. The highest secondary is 15, my mistake; being the highest first mod would be 9.
STILL either way, his jewel is worthless.

If his jewel was worthless, which it isn't, then it wouldn't get a HR offered.
All 3 mods are useful, and if you got a item that needs the -reqs, then this jewel offers that, some damage, and dtm, which always has it's uses.
But hey, if you find such jewels, then feel free to give me those worthless jewels.

I looked it up as well. It's a RARE, not magical like you're discussing soul snatcha...since its rare it can have up to 9 or up to 18 max dmg depending on if it has 1 mod or 2 mods for the max dmg, that I didn't know. Magical ones can have higher max dmg.
Twirls has c/o w/ 1 HR (if you offer 2 Guls I would take that over the HR)
edit: would also take necro summoning gc's instead of HRs (2 x plain = 1 hr)
