Should people that use fake bids be banned?

I think people should be banned only if it's 100% certain that it is a fake bid. If they admit it, or if they created a new account to place the bid, they should be banned.

I agree, there should be a ban.

Funny how the people that are successful in real life are the ones that do this all the time. I sure as hell wish it didn't transfer into the realm of video games too.
