i found one recently and was really excited but just found out the lvreq was lv50.

what are the prefixs and suffixs needed for that type of jewel to be lv27 or so?

also, can they only spawn on rares or can it be magical?

carmine jewel of carnage, only magical. max for a rare jewel is 18.

Also, you can get an 8-18 damage jewel for a rare lvl 30.

It would be a level 9 req jewel.

But yeah 12-18 is best for level 30.

I had a jewel with something like 9-14? Level 18 req I think. I may have a screenshot somewhere in one of my old threads.
