I really dont feel like posting a pic cuz im tired so ill just put down the mods

Rare Grand Scepter:
1 to all pally skills
16 max dmg
1 to meditation (pally only)
2 to concentration (pally only)
2 to zeal (pally only)
Replenish life +3

I think it does like 18-36 dmg =/ dmg isnt that great but the other +skill mods are very very nice

forgot to mention, its a lvl 24 req. im guessing this thing would be good for a lvl 29 hammer pally.

Without FCR a scepter pretty much isnt worth it unless its 3 bhammer/3 conc.

I'm going to have to say Charsi might like this one.

you can get 75% fcr easy

10% fcr may save you a mod on your ammy, its easier to find a scepter with +3 bh +3 conc that you can honor but 2 sockets would make it nice =)

i think the dream scepter for a level 30 hammerdin would be more like this:

+3 holy shield
+3 conc
+3 hammers
for your inherent mods

then
+9 str
+15 replenish life
+20%FCR (only available on 'rod' type scepters)
and
+90 mana
+2 combat skills
+12% DTM (because according to the arreat summit, mechanics isnt available on rare scepters/rods. i was under the impression any rare could get 2 sockets? i think this is wrong, isnt it? if it is, put +2 sockets here instead)

so the overall scepter would look like this

+2 combat skills
+3 conc
+3 holy shield
+3 battle hammers
+90 mana
+12% DTM (or 2 sockets, depending if its available or not)
+15 replenish life
+9 str
+20% FCR

2 sockets can spawn. It is availiable on "weapons" which include Missile Weapon, Melee Weapon, Thrown Weapon, and I just realized after copying and pasting that, it says "Thrown Weapon". Nevertheless, a scepter is a melee weapon.

i just didnt see the "weapon(10)" listing. i was skimming and looking for "scepter/rods"
