Are there any good safe ones out there? I wanna make test chars on open but can't seem to find a decent editor. anyone out there use one and could link me?

google "Hero Editor". check it for viruses obviously before you use it.. DL the one from D2Sector.net if its up there.

zonfire's is probably the best one out there, and the most widely used. look for it at ladderhall.com or hallsofpain.com
