And if you said yes, could you state the ammount?

I'm not exactly sure if it does or not though im leaning on yes. I would just like confermation through peers. Thank you.

it does, not sure how much though, test it for yourself getsome one to cast it on you then check your dmg

I think it actually applies the -% off your weapons damage, not total damage, so in a way it is pretty weak in pvp.

IE a lvl 18 zealot has 500% enhanced damage (including str, dex, etc)
your weaken takes away 35% damage or whatever

the zealot still does 465% enhanced damage.. not really much of a difference

not exactly sure on this, just a theory
