 Need Lvl 30 Cold Sorc Help! |

What should I put in the following sockets?
Circlet: Sheal/ Ith/ Eth/ P skull
Armor: Sheal/ Ith/ Eth/ P skull
I was hoping to a build a sorc who focuses mostly on ES w/ mana,
so would the %dmg to mana or the %mana regen. work better?
And I was wondering what belt to use:
1)Lenymo( if that's how u spell it)
2)FCR%, FHR%, mana/mana regen crafted belt
3)Night smoke

well. what kind of cold sorc? orb/blizz?
what is the rest of your gear. this is needed to help you. do you need the shaels to hit a higher bp? IMO id rather have a higher mana regen over dmg to mana from your sockets. and with skulls you get mana regen and rep life. so if you dont need the fhr. go with skulls
as for your belt. do you need the fcr to hit a bp? if so go with that. otherwise id go with a nightsmoke or a nice rare with FHR/Strength/Life

This is a Blizz sorc. And all my other items don't have FHR on them, so what do u think?

What he means is it depends on how many charms u want to free up by socketing either armor or helm with shael.
Typical sorc setup is spirit sword and shael'd pcrown which brings your fhr to 75. You need a lil more to hit next bp which typically comes from charms or belt.
The other thing to consider is how your going to be using this dueler. If this is solely LLD compliant duels according to the forum rules then hitting the 86fhr bp may not be necessary. However if tele is involved in your dueling then good fhr is mandatory.

I was hoping on just stocking life/ mana scs, and this dueler is gonna follow LLD forum rules so no tele

well if your using spirit then you already hit the 42% FHR BP and with 1x 5% FHR sc you can hit the 60% BP. on a non tele sorc this is plenty.
so i would use those sockets of yours to gain mana/life replenish in the form of pskulls
