100 IAS Bow with low damage, probably 30ish that will take me to the next BP, also +3 Bow Skills

or

112 Damage 40 IAS (Shealed) -40 REQ's RuneBow, that I can unsocket and have the same BP of IAS, and put a 15 max / 20 ED Jewel, or 18 Max Jewel, or whatever.

ORRRRRRR, I could keep that bow shealed and use a heavy armor that adds +61 Max Damage, rather than a 18 Max Twitch.

Keep in mind I will have roughly 240 Faster Run/Walk, so I can probably run pretty far.. pop some shots.. run.. pop some shots..

personally id go with the 118 damage and lower the IAS ratio... its not nessicary to shoot of 10 shots doing no damage with a fast bow. rather than get a higher damage with less ias.. and actually do damage.. besides there is a lot of other gear to up your IAS, (I.E. deaths sash/gloves, sigons gloves/boots) so its basically whether you wanna do damage or shoot, run, shoot run.. and get no where fast..

why don't you just level up and try on both and see which one works better

i had a bow zon in 1.09 and id have to go with the fast bow, max dmg armor and run fast.

well ya.. just build it so you can use eithe setup and try out both, whichever one works bvetter, rebuild around that setup
