known a guy since at least half way through last year and today he just asked if he could use my smiter setup (because hes making a smiter)
and he just takes it all..
we had been really good friends, he let me use his stuff i let him use my stuff etc...
this has probably just ended my hi lvl dueling.
form now on just low lvl dueling probably

I only trust real life friends. You should have told him your setup instead of letting him "see" it. Or maybe some1 hacked him =\

i met him in a trade game and i think he gave his account to 2 of his old friends, that 'were' my friends. one of them toook advantage of me(brendon) . the other explained to me what happened(olly), but olly cant do anything about it because brendon xfered all the stuf to another account.
so theres no telling what really happened. siggh

yeah trusting online friends to me is a big no no.

only with my rl friends do i xfer the high-end stuff. not that i dont trust my online friends, but if a situation does happen (which there is always a chance), i cant go over to my online friends house and smash his face in for stealing pixles Razz

Theres only one person I've met online that I would trust with everything I have and thats Belarathon.. most other people no way.

I don't even trust some of my RL friends not because they may jack my stuff, but accidently get my account banned/hacked/scammed.

Just kidding. Honestly, I don't care too horribly much about this game, so I gave away my password to any LLD with any self-respect or who I trusted, but now that my sorceress has some of Bel's charms, I figured it'd be respectful to limit it to just people who he trusted. But on topic, I've never really had trouble with letting others know my PW other than a few instances where one of my characters was mysteriously stripped or a few HR's "poofed" on me. Oh well, such is life, I suppose!
