It is good if your char needs it, for example a defense character who needs a huge amount of str, but for char who do not need to worry about str they could go with a 15+ max and be much better off.

hmm kk so i think it will be good for my barb cos he needs much str :) (hes using rare empossed plae and honor naga = 125 str req for him) ty
