And im planning to make 29lvl concer barb and planning to use these on him(im poor in Ladder so i dont have any good items so i think these would be good for starter items)

helps to post the final defense of the items. most people (myself included) dont like to waste our time figuring out the math ourselves, when you could just tell us right off the bat.

neither item looks very useful. you can shop items thatll get more defense, and a chance of 2 sockets.

they are fine for starter items on ladder tho. but u should look into shopping some better ones.
