If i put this Jewel into say a...
Lvl 13 req 43 Str item.
What would it bring it down to???
Would it be basically like a 9 max jewel with the ed?

hmm 15% of 16 is 2.4
16-2.4 = 13.6??
If i put a -15% req jewel in a twitch it will bring it down to lvl 13 req?

not level reqs, doesnt efect those..

otherwise we could make a 5 socket Zerker axe with 5 hel runes have no stat req AND be lvl 1

or take 4 socket ornate armor and give it a 68 str req and stick it on level 10 characters

,, that would be very interesting.. but no it doesnt do that

They have no lvl req.
Sojs, Twitch, TarnHelm.
Etc. on non exp Sad

But when u upgrade they get lvl req.. its so gay
