Is this decent for a singer or is mana not a problem and fast cast more important?

same as sorc ...so hit 200% fcr and u got 7 frames

or if 8frames is fine than only need 105%

u can do something like:
viper magi, shard, magefists, = 8 frames

i think mana would be a problem.
it costs around 15 per cry depending on your skill level.

(ud want some +3 war cry hat with 2-3 sockets i think)

Mine didn't really have a mana problem, he got to 1100 mana with 3k life just by pumping vita, and using life charms and 1 or 2 mana gc's, and using psaph in all his gear with frostburn and sojs. But then again he was lvl 33 and had suicie branches and they have 10% each so i had an extra 20% to max mana a proper level singe barb wouldn't have
