59 is HLD.

I consider 57-58 HLD because you get access to cta.

I got perm banned from a retarded site for telling the admin that his level 59 smiter wasnt LLD it was actually HLD and he freaked out and started cussing me out and told me to show proof so i showed him this site, he then went and pmed me telling me I attempted to publicly humiliate him which was a act of flaming and he permed banned me....

Anyways 59 = HLD in my opinion. The access to grief and fort is way to overpowered. I remember 59 smiters all over the place using these and it got kinda annoying. But I consider 57-58 MLD too. They get access to a CTA so what? Meh just my opinon.

vouch this. and mm-leader, those lvl 20s are lld, the 40s youre thinking of clearly are not, considering ive used my lvl 12 saccer (which uses isens btw) to kill lvl 40s. hence they are not lld (first of all because 30 is cap.) and are clearly not even mld, theyre just people that are lvling to a high lvl and attempting to kill people they expect to be noobs and getting raped.
