Basher is probably the best use for it, but I'd still prefer an easilly shoppable VBSoD

Yah VBSOD are the basic sheilds, but iv only ever made Tiger strike assins. and they require low Str anyways. and besides just look at the thing... its in my inventory and not on a VLLD.. why you ask? i dont quite know my self  .

The str req won't matter on a bash barb, but the extra dex needed to hit max block just to get 10 fhr (and lose 5dtm) isn't worth it to me.

-req/Max jewel + vulpine jewel of carnage fixes those proplems
Im going to be useing a military pick. theres the Dex i need on top of rings/ammys that add Str/dex/ar.
Its well worth it to me.

Well, you should be going 70 str on a bash barb anyway for sigons boots, belt, gloves, and a -30 req ancient. This is really only like going 60 str, since sigons gloves give you 10 str themselves. Therefore you wont need -req in the shield.
Regardless of what gear you say you can use, if you use this shield instead of a VBSoD, you gain 10 fhr, but you lose 5dtm and 20life.

I was planing on useing hasuras or deaths. dident even debait sigons to much str req. plan on using ar/fhr/dex boots
the military pick i have lined up already has damage to mana/-reqs/mana
so far this sheild > VbSod... Not to mention the extra defence

10 Fhr
36 Life
CBF
With sigons boots, belt, gloves you get:
130 Defense
55 AR
21% enhanced damage
+1 Shout since you can wear sigons shield on switch.
The choice is obvious - sigons.

With the low Str/Vita build i plan on using.
Sigons would totally disrupt my build. The only thing you listed that even interests me is the defence.
Non the less im going with deaths/Hasuras build

Oh btw im gradually improveing build by takeing advice. Thanks for yours but i cant immagin useing sigons.
Iv also decided to change my helm from the 35+maxer to a Axe master/Shout 3os helm. Ill work on the jewels for that once i find it.

The reason why I went with sigs when I first started was that I only needed 2 -req jewels in my armor as opposed to four. You might not be looking at an ancient armor yet, but defense is one of the main selling points of a vlld barb.

heh i was talking to linny on jsp and hes been looking for one too.
Guess ill let him know they dont exists.
And seince my shout is gona be running out mid battel. ill spare a few bashes to shout again. Well that was complicated wasne't it

good starter shield, any char would get a bone for either more smite damage or block %'s untill you get that shield, that is a starter
