They both have faster run walk, at least two resistances, and 7 dex. Coincidence? I think not.

rare items with the same names as dupes drop quite frequently. iv found many rings with the names of duped rings. mainly "bitter hold".

i found it funny when someone was selling imp shanks ( rare duped us west nl boots ) but they were like 10% frw max stamina and other crappy mods. he believed them to be the imp shanks everyone was trading for lol.
